What is Feel Great Health about?

I support women like you to overcome their issues to become a healthier version of themselves, issues such as:

Yo-yo dieting and weight regain

Digestive Distress

Body Image and low self esteem

Life balance and time management

Emotional Eating

Overeating and binge eating

Limiting beliefs and self-sabotage

Ideally, I want women to focus on their health above all else and not worry about their weight at all, but I think this is unrealistic because in our society today, what you weigh is a BIG deal, therefore I realise that women are not going to do anything towards getting healthy unless it incorporates weight loss at the same time and this is why Feel Great Health was born – a way to create health and weight loss/management by taking a step by step, no diet approach to life.

Many people don’t know the importance of mindset and intuition for weight loss, and even less people invest the time and energy into training their minds. I help to put that right by showing you the importance of your mindset, movement and intuitive nutrition.

Most programs that women tend to do are for weight loss and unfortunately these programs focus mainly on the weight, the weight they want to lose, the weight they are currently carrying etc. This can result in an obsession with food and exercise solely for the purpose of the weight loss. I help you to zone out from the calories and scales, and tune into you as a whole person.

Feel Great Health is all about focussing on each of the four areas of mindset, movement, emotions and nutrition, all under the umbrella of self-care. Each area is like a cog in a wheel, when you work on one area, it moves the others along too because nothing works individually, but rather holistically, because you are a whole person.
